By accessing or using The Learning Shelf website or services, you agree to these terms. If you are using the services for a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, educator, or otherwise authorised to supervise that use. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Beta software disclaimer
Some Learning Shelf apps and features are offered as beta, pilot, preview, or coming-soon experiences. They may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice, or be temporarily unavailable. Beta access does not guarantee a future release, particular feature, price, or continued availability. Please avoid entering sensitive information into beta products.
Educational purposes
Our apps, articles, printables, and resources are intended to support learning and family engagement. They are not a substitute for professional educational assessment, medical advice, therapy, safeguarding support, or the judgement of a parent, guardian, teacher, or qualified professional.
User responsibilities
You agree to use the website lawfully, supervise children appropriately, provide accurate information, respect age guidance, and avoid attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its data. You are responsible for protecting devices and account details used to access our services.
Intellectual property
The Learning Shelf name, branding, artwork, software, educational materials, text, and original resources are owned by The Learning Shelf or used with permission. Unless a resource expressly permits downloading or printing, you may not copy, sell, redistribute, publish, or create commercial derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Learning Shelf provides public and beta services on an “as available” basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights.
